The newly formed firm Dianchè, part of the British holding Flymove, will revive the name Bertone. Under the agreement with AKKA Technologies, which now owns the rights to the brand she will use this name for their own line of electric cars.
At the top of the line will be located electric supercar Bertone GT Dianchè BSS Cube with 300-kilowatt electric motors on each axle. 816-strong coupe will accelerate to 60 mph (96 kilometers per hour) for 2.2 seconds, and its maximum speed is 350 kilometers per hour.
A minor version Dianchè BSS GT Bertone One — will get a power plant with a capacity of 408 forces and can accelerate to 300 kilometers per hour. To test prototypes of the sports car will begin in March next year.
Also in the line Dianchè will be two electric citicar: City Car Cube BSS and BSS City Car One. Both will differ “configurable lining of the body” installed in the center seat of the driver and the system “hot” battery replacement. Instead of charging stations Dianchè build a network of service centers, where the battery can be changed in three minutes.
My last car show Bertone showed in 2012. They became the prototype of the Nuccio, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the company. The car is based on components of the Ferrari F430, and the design reflected the wedge style concepts 70-x: in particular the Lancia Stratos Zero and the Lamborghini Bravo. In 2014, Bertone has declared bankruptcy.
